- Core Principles of SPERI's action research are: 1) Farmers are the Experts; 2) Community Institutions and Regulations which is driven & instruction for action researchers be aware of & understandable of what the farmer's needs and concern with participatory learning and assessment approach; 3) Holistic Observation & Specific focus while Observing with Open up for discussion, dialogue, feedback and negotiation.
Key Methodology of SPERI’s action Research:
1. Village Landscape & Livelihood Living Style Overviewing & Draft Map Drawing;
2. Traditional Spiritual Elders, Key Activists and Special/unique Person, Children’s Stories telling;
3. Villager’s Mapping, Reviewing and sharing cultural ceremony, rituality and demography;
4. Individual talking and Group meeting;
5. Village Re-union and re-viewing for feedback and comments;
6. Meeting Village Authority Leader for re-checking all information & document;
7. Copying legal papers, information, maps, mass organization, education, water & health care and documentation.
